I am convinced due to my many years as a personal trainer in Encinitas, and the surrounding communities, and because of research and education, my clients experience long-lasting results due to my use of aerobic circuit training. I believe this to be the most effective and safest way to get in shape and stay in shape. I will move you through an hour workout using 2-minute intervals of cardio and then alternate with 2 minutes of strength training.
